Just arrived in Boulder after a pretty desolate drive across the great state of Kansas. Showtime begins at 9PM Mountain time with Rebelution and State Radio now switching spots on the bill.

Should be interviewing the band sometime tomorrow afternoon as we will try and get that up on the site as soon as possible! 01/29/09 Avalon Theater- Salt Lake City, UT

Per Rebelution's Twitter: Salt Lake City tonight !! Its going down at the Avalon Theatre see you there....."Babylon dem thief my herb dem thief my herb".

After a little more than two weeks on the road, this is most likely Rebelution's last headling show with State Radio. Seems as though the partnership has worked out great so far!

Tonight's show in Salt Lake will feature a local band, JAHNRE. They got a little reggae/rock/acoustic sound that is happy and fun music to listen to. 01/27/09 Hawthorne Theatre- Portland, OR

Portland has been labeled as one of the coolest places in the country, but damn that venue looks sick! Look below for multiple updates from earlier shows with many new videos and some awesome photos.

Got a new feature above for the Seattle show because finding a venue picture was quite difficult. After taking it easy yesterday, Rebelution is back on stage as the headliner. Just a reminder, the word on the street was the Rebelution will start opening for State Radio beginning at the two night stand in Boulder.

01/24/09 Senator Theater- Chico, CA (SOLD OUT!)

Wow! All these sold out shows while traveling up the California coast must be a big boost to two bands who are embarking on month long tours together. There have been some new videos and photos posted below, so check those out!

Hopefully some more information about the tour including some setlist will be coming to FOReb soon as Jacob and I are hoping to get to word out to the band and will hopefully start doing some advertising at shows.

Possible New Album in 2009?

Thats the word on the street as The Pier and also Rebelution's youtube page has a few clips up of them recording some new tunes in the studio a few weeks ago.

With that being said, some of the best live recording of Rebelution out on the web were captured by YouTube member, k9ripper85 who caught a whole show on video from the OC Tavern on September 12, 2008. Below are videos of some possible new songs from the OC Tavern and other venues. These songs which were not released on "Courage to Grow" and have only been played live are some of the songs which could be released on Rebelution's next album.

01/18/09 House of Blues- Anaheim, CA (SOLD OUT)

With only an hour and a half drive up the coast from San Diego to Anaheim, Rebelution and State Radio are playing another sold out show tonight. Seems as though from the first couple of shows that Rebelution has not missed the road whatsoever. With high energy shows and big crowds, Reb's fan base is surely growing.

01/14/09 The Rock- Tuscon, AZ (Tour Opener)

With a cold front affecting most of the country, what is a better way to kick off a tour other than in the in sunny and warm Arizona. With State Radio opening for the west coast, Rebelution has been billed as the main act. The State Radio and Rebelution partnership was organized through the connection of their managers who worked through Silverback Management.

Fellow Reb Heads,

This website has been created to allow the fans of California Reggage/Rock/Dub band, Rebelution to connect and to get insight and information about the band. Rebelution recently kicked off their winter/spring tour with State Radio (Boston, MA) in Tuscon, Arizona on January 14, 2009 an their tour will conclude March 7, 2009 at the Langerado Festival in Miami, Florida.

This website will work as a filter for show news with setlist, photos, videos, etc. being posted so that Reb fans know what is going on during the tour.

Because this is in it's early stages, we would appreciate all input you have of how to improve the blog.
